A fun and tasty way to enjoy a yogurt bowl for breakfast or as part of a snack.

Ingredients

  • Plain (unsweetened) whole milk yogurt of choice, I used plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • granola of choice
  • fruits of choice, I used strawberries, mandarins, pineapple, kiwi, and blueberries.

Note: Please cut or shred food appropriately to prevent choking hazards.

Instructions

  1. Prepare your desired ingredients by dicing them into desired pieces/sizes. Please keep in mind to cut food appropriately to prevent any choking hazards.
  2. Add desired yogurt to a bowl and smooth out the top. At this point, may mix in some good quality honey (no honey for children under the age of 1) or pure maple syrup to the yogurt, that’s if you’d like to add some sweetness. Here, I used plain whole milk greek yogurt.
  3. Top the yogurt with desired granola or cereal.
  4. Add desired fruit to help resemble a rainbow. Here, I used diced strawberries, diced mandarins, diced pineapples, diced kiwi and halved blueberries (or quartered for younger children). Note: fix or align the food, when needed to help form the shape of a rainbow.
  5. Enjoy!
