These marbleized popsicles are a tasty and fun way to enjoy fruits!

Ingredients

Scale

Frozen Strawberry Mixture (Red)

  • 1 1/2 cups of sliced organic strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mango and Peach Mixture (Orange)

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries and pat them dry. Remove their green tops and dice them into pieces. Measure 1 and 1/2 cups of the diced strawberries and add them to the blender. Also add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup. Blend until the mixture is smooth and combined, stopping to scrape down the sides when needed. Taste for sweetness, add more maple syrup if desired (also depends on how sweet the strawberries are). Transfer the strawberry mixture to a bowl and set it aside. Rinse and dry the blender.
  2. To the rinsed and dried blender, add 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1 cup frozen sliced peaches, 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and combined, stopping to scrape down the sides when needed. Taste for sweetness, add more maple syrup if desired (also depends on how sweet the fruits are). Transfer this mixture to a bowl and set it aside.
  3. Get your popsicle molds ready
  4. Note: the amount of each mixture that will be added to the popsicle molds might differ as each popsicle mold’s size is different. Therefore, add more or less of each mixture as needed to help fill the mold. Mine needed about 1 tablespoon for each layer.
  5. Add a tablespoon of the strawberry mixture
  6. Add a tablespoon of the mango mixture
  7. Add a tablespoon of the strawberry mixture
  8. Swirl it with a knife. This will help give it that marbled look.
  9. Top it with a tablespoon of the mango mixture. Make sure to flatten the top part out a little so it’s flat and even.
  10. Cover it with its lid.
  11. Place them in the freezer to freeze overnight. Make sure the popsicle mold is sitting straight (and not titled or at an angle) to make sure the mixture sets correctly.
  12. Remove it from its mold and enjoy. Note: you might need to run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to help the popsicles come out easily.
