This recipe has a bit of a milder flavor compared to that of its original recipe. I have decreased the ingredients a bit for both the pineapple and the banana. It is results into a flavorful and refreshing treat.
1/2 of a ripe frozen banana, can use frozen or fresh
1 1/2cups frozen mango chunks
1/2cup frozen pineapples chunks
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
Blend for about 1-2 minutes (while scraping down the sides-when needed) or until it’s smooth and combined.
Transfer the nice cream to a glass food storage container that’s freezer safe and let it sit in the freezer for 2 hours or more. This will allow it to firm up even more (the longer it sits the firmer it will become).
Remove it from the freezer a few minutes before serving just to allow it to soften a little bit for easy scooping.
