Have you tried baking tacos in the oven? They result into crispy and tasty tacos. They are easy to assembly and makes for a great weeknight meal.

The filling for these tacos is a homemade taco seasoning that’s flavorful and isn’t spicy. Additionally, I added finely diced mushrooms to my recipe, which blends in well with the ground beef; my kids had no clue they were eating mushrooms. Also, I added some finely diced kale for extra nutrients.

Here’s how I served the crispy baked tacos:
I served the tacos with my homemade Avocado Crema. However, any sides will do (i.e. guacamole , sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, etc.)
