1 1/2 or 2 tablespoons maple syrup, add as much or as little as you’d like
Blueberries, smash, half, or quarter for children under the age of 5
1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, I used Enjoy LIfe Foods
Instructions
Add 1/4 cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to a small heat-safe glass bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds, remove, mix with spoon, microwave for another 30 seconds, remove. At this point, the chocolate should start to melt as you continue to stir. If needed, microwave for a few more seconds.
Set the chocolate aside.
Add the yogurt to a bowl along with the maple syrup. Mix to combine.
⚠️ Blueberries are considered a choking hazard for children under the age of 5. Smash, quarter or halve blueberries for younger children
Spoon yogurt into silicone mold or muffin pan lined with baking cup paper liners. Drizzle on some melted chocolate and swirl it in. Top with blueberries and lightly push them down.
Freeze for 3 hours or until set.
The yogurt tends to melt quickly when at room temperature. Keep in freezer until ready to serve. If it’s been stored in the freezer for more than 24 hours, allow to sit at room temperature for a little bit before serving.
Notes
May keep the yogurt bites inside molds or transfer them to freezer-safe containers and store in the freezer.
