Blueberry Compote, easy to make

With only 3 ingredients, this recipe is easy to make and comes together quickly. In less than 10 minutes, the blueberries are cooked down resulting into a soft and flavorful compote. We love blueberry compote at our house. My kids enjoy it paired with pancakes , waffles, chia pudding, oatmeal, baked oatmeal, or yogurt (just to name a few).
