Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until it’s smooth and resembles ice cream. Might need to stop and scrape down the sides a couple of times.
Transfer it to a freezer-safe glass container (I used a 2 cup glass container) and let it freeze for about 2 hours.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop it out onto a bowl or into an ice cream cone.
Add desired toppings (melted chocolate, fruits, dye-free sprinkles) and enjoy.
We topped our Nice Cream with some dye-free sprinkles

Be sure to freeze some bananas before-hand so you have it ready for this recipe
