This avocado crema recipe is tasty, easy to make, and creamy. Just add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Additionally, I love how the kale helps add extra nutrients without altering the flavor of this recipe.

Avocado Crema (contains yogurt and kale)

Ingredients
- 2 ripe Hass avocados
- 1/2 cup packed cilantro, may add less if desired
- 1 small-sized tuscan kale, stem removed
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until the mixture is well combined and smooth in texture, scraping down the sides when needed.
- Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
